{"id":67,"date":"2014-10-14T10:54:59","date_gmt":"2014-10-14T10:54:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ddtp.tecnicasreunidas.es\/?page_id=67"},"modified":"2016-07-19T06:31:01","modified_gmt":"2016-07-19T06:31:01","slug":"technologies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ddtp.tecnicasreunidas.es\/en\/technologies\/","title":{"rendered":"Technologies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>For more than 40 years the PTDD has been developing a series of in-house metal recovery technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The technologies developed allow for recovery of non-ferrous metals, such as Zn, Cu, Pb, Ag, Ni, and Hg, among others, in the form of metals or of highly pure salts, from either raw or secondary materials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The processes of obtaining zinc (Modified Zincex ProcessTM TM), as well as lead and silver (Ecolead ProcessTM), stand out due to their technological and commercial success<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both processes stand out for the flexibility, efficiency, profitability and adaption to different raw materials and client&#8217;s requirements.<\/p>\n<p><span>ZINC TECHNOLOGIES<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ddtp.tecnicasreunidas.es\/en\/products-and-processes\/zinc-technologies\/\">ZINCEX<sup>TM<\/sup> PROCESS<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafo1\">The Modified ZINCEX<sup>TM<\/sup> Process (MZP) is a process used to produce SHG zinc or ultra pure zinc salts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafo\">Compared to conventional technologies (Roasting, Leaching, Electrowinning), the ZINCEX process has several technical and economic advantages, such as the ability to process<br \/>\na wide variety of raw materials at a lower operating cost while obtaining a product with a higher purity.<\/p>\n<p><span>LEAD AND SILVER TECHNOLOGIES<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ddtp.tecnicasreunidas.es\/en\/products-and-processes\/lead-and-silver-technologies\/\">The ECOLEAD  <sup>TM<\/sup> process<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafo1\">The ECOLEAD <sup>TM<\/sup> process for lead and sliver recovery is an efficient process for the recovery of lead and precious metals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"parrafo\">The integration of the ECOLEAD<sup>TM<\/sup> process in a plant with ZINCEX<sup>TM<\/sup> technology is easy to implement and improves the facility\u2019s profitability.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"For more than 40 years the PTDD has been developing a series of in-house metal recovery technologies.
